Privacy
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, work email, company, and the message you write (plus, if you opt in, the result of the AI maturity check). We use it for one purpose: to answer you. No advertising, no resale, no profiling.
The contact form uses no third-party service: it drafts a message in your own mail client, which you send yourself. Your information therefore passes through no data processor and is stored nowhere until you send the message. Emails we receive are kept for 3 years from the last contact and then deleted.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, or ask for it in a portable format: write to privacy@synalinks.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
