AI, built with engineering discipline.
Most AI projects stall before production because nobody can measure, audit or reproduce what the system does. We designed SynaLemma so that all three are possible by default.
The model is the replaceable part.
Swapping models is a configuration change. What decides whether an AI system can be used in production is whether its reasoning can be checked, by a machine before it runs and by a person afterwards.
That is why the model does not reason in SynaLemma. It translates a question into a rule, and a logic engine does the rest in your own database.
A language model alone cannot show how it reached an answer.
A language model on its own guesses, drifts, and cannot show how it reached an answer. That is acceptable for a chatbot, and not for a system your business depends on. Neuro-symbolic AI pairs the language model, which understands the question, with structure and logic, which constrain, verify and explain the answer.
- Structure & constraints
- outputs are held to a schema, and a malformed output is rejected.
- Explicit logic & rules
- the reasoning is written as rules a person can read.
- Verification
- each conclusion can be traced to the rules and rows it came from.
SynaLemma is built on this principle: the model translates, and the logic engine reasons.
The standards we hold ourselves to.
Measurable
Each definition is checked against the data, and each assertion has a status you can see.
Auditable
Every answer traces back to its rules and source rows, so you can show a regulator, a board or a customer how a figure was produced.
Reproducible
The same rule on the same data gives the same result, whichever model is plugged in. Every change to a rule is versioned in git.
On your infrastructure
SynaLemma runs on your servers, with the model you choose. Your rules are files in your own git repository, readable by your team and runnable with the open-source tooling.
We built these standards into the product.
Standards that depend on everyone's discipline do not last, so SynaLemma enforces them. A rule is verified before it is saved, run before it is cited, and kept with its history.
We also tell you when SynaLemma is the wrong tool. If your questions are only about free text, or if an approximate figure is good enough, you do not need it.

The quickest way is a thirty-minute demo of SynaLemma on one of your own questions.
