Two things: a commercial licence for SynaLemma, and one or more dedicated engineers depending on the size of your project, at a fixed fee, not a day rate. Together they cover the research, the maintenance and the evolution of the system.
Research
The engines underneath come from our research and are published as open source: the verifier, the logic language, the optimization of the agent. Your engineers take part in these programmes, and what they find reaches the product you run.
Maintenance
Updates and fixes, new versions of models and of database engines, and your layer kept verified as your data and your systems change.
Evolution
New capabilities in SynaLemma, and your own layer growing with your business: new definitions, new questions, new teams.

How does it start?
With the demo: thirty minutes, free. If it is a fit, the readiness assessment follows, at a fixed scope and a fixed price. Everything after it is scoped from the roadmap it produces.
What do we pay for?
Two things: a commercial licence for SynaLemma, and one or more dedicated engineers depending on the size of your project, billed as a fixed fee rather than by the day. Together they cover the research, the maintenance and the evolution of the system. The readiness assessment is a fixed €10,000 excl. VAT; the licence and the engineer's fee are set from its roadmap. The engines underneath (Synalinks, Synalog, Semantic Layers) remain open source.
How much does the assessment cost, and how long does it take?
€10,000 excl. VAT, one week typically, at a fixed scope: no day rates, no overruns. You leave with your roadmap whatever happens next.
Does our data have to leave our environment?
No. SynaLemma is deployed on your infrastructure and queries your databases in place. With a local model, nothing leaves. With a hosted model, your questions and the data excerpts needed to answer them go to the provider you chose.
Do we need AI expertise in house?
No. That is what your dedicated engineers bring. You need the people who know your business and its numbers, and someone who can give access to a server and to the data.
Will the engineers build other systems for us?
No. Your engineers work within SynaLemma: the link with your business, the data, and the verification of the rules. They do not implement custom systems or leave code in your projects for you to maintain. This keeps your layer clean, and frees part of their time for research that benefits every deployment.
Are the engineers on our premises, and full time?
One or more engineers, depending on the size of your project, are dedicated to it: the same people, who know your data and your definitions, not a rotating team. Dedicated does not mean exclusive. They work remotely or on your premises, whichever the work calls for. SynaLemma itself is always deployed on your own infrastructure.
What happens after deployment?
The layer is yours: files in your git repository, on open-source engines. Your team extends it, and the licence and your engineers keep the system maintained and evolving.
